Relying on manual work to administer student data in the CRM system, the client was struggling with time-consuming tasks such as creating diplomas and accounts in the learning platform. Plexima implemented a fully automated system using the Make platform that automatically creates and sends diplomas to students and checks the data with alerts for deficiencies. It also used the UiPath platform to automate the creation of Linkedin Learning accounts. This solution has significantly reduced the labor-intensive process of document preparation, standardized the look and feel of documents, and eliminated errors. The robotic process of enrolling students in Linked-in Learning further saved the operator time, resulting in significant additional time savings for the client.

The client, specializing in interim management to optimize and grow businesses, was faced with increasing process and data management complexity as the number of interim managers grew. Plexima provided him with a comprehensive solution through the Make automation platform to manage the business and operational agenda, including invoicing, contract generation and reporting. This allows consultants to conveniently manage dozens of companies with minimal manual effort in transcribing data, resulting in reduced errors and providing visibility into company performance.
What we implemented:
We implemented a fully automated system for the client using the Make integration platform, which generates PDF documents from data in the client’s Bigin CRM system. This system automatically numbers quotes, stores them in an archive and significantly reduces the time required to create documents by tens of hours per month. By doing so, the client has achieved uniformity in document format and elimination of errors, bringing efficiency and reliability to their processes.
