Relying on manual work to administer student data in the CRM system, the client was struggling with time-consuming tasks such as creating diplomas and accounts in the learning platform. Plexima implemented a fully automated system using the Make platform that automatically creates and sends diplomas to students and checks the data with alerts for deficiencies. It also used the UiPath platform to automate the creation of Linkedin Learning accounts.
