The aim of introducing voicebot was to make it easier for clients to contact the insurance company, replace IVR and use more integrations. Generali previously used a standard push-button IVR that directed callers to the correct department. Integrations were limited to client verification via phone number only. The operator still had to additionally verify the client. Voicebot simplifies and automates this process.

Ticketportal operators were unable to process email requests due to the large number of chats. The chatbot has proven to be successful as it can recognise most queries and help customers. It handles 93% of the queries and forwards the rest to the operator with the conversation history, speeding up the resolution. Operators can set up chatbot scenarios themselves without IT knowledge. Ticketportal is now considering using it for internal awareness as well and is testing the emailbot on the Daktela platform.
