Automated generation of offers, orders and electronic signatures
We implemented a fully automated system using the Make integration platform that generates PDF quotes from data in the client’s CRM system, Pipedrive. This solution automatically generates quotes from templates in Google Slides, saves them to an archive on Google Drive and back to Pipedrive. and significantly reduces the time it takes to create documents by tens of hours per month. We have also implemented the generation of orders from Pipedrive also into PDF format, as well as the automatic signing process.

Automation of data update and contact generation
We have implemented an automated system that updates company data in the Pipedrive CRM system and generates contacts via the Make integration platform. The system can efficiently fill in missing data, such as email addresses and phone numbers, and process large volumes of data while minimizing manual work. Automation also ensures that the resulting data is stored in the CRM and managed afterwards.
Thanks to this solution, it was possible to start working with large volumes of data at all and to add to them gradually.
